Terms and Conditions


All sales are final and we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions under each item or garment and note any flaws present with the items. PLEASE READ EACH ITEM'S DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PURCHASE. Refunds will not be issued due to a failure to read a product's description.

Please note that all items (unless specified otherwise) are pre-loved and/or vintage and may have minor signs of wear. Any obvious or major flaws will be listed in the description. 

FOR ALL SHOE PURCHASES: Remember that when you are buying pre-loved shoes there is always the risk of rubber parts such as heel tips deteriorating upon wear. This is completely normal with age as most rubber deteriorates over time— heel tip replacement is an easy fix at a cobbler/shoe repair shop for around $20 or less typically. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after wear, as this is entirely out of our control and we have no way of knowing how heel tips will hold up upon being worn.

When sourcing our pieces, we inspect each one carefully. If for some reason you believe we missed a major flaw or defect that was not listed in the item description, please contact us at hello@shopniku.co or send us a message on Instagram @nikuvintage. 

If your order is refunded or cancelled for any reason, it typically takes around 5-10 business days to process before you see the funds in your account. 


All of our luxury items go through a careful authentication process in-house and/or through an independent third party authenticator. We firmly believe in preserving the art, craft, and history behind fashion design and stand firmly against / never support the counterfeit industry. In the very unlikely event that you can prove an item you received is inauthentic via a written certificate from a reputable authenticator we will issue a full refund. 

We also offer the optional add-on of a formal Certificate of Authenticity from a third-party authenticator for $25 each. To add a COA to your order, check the "Add Certificate of Authenticity +$25" box under the Add to Cart button on the item's page.

Please understand that we do sell a number of older era designer pieces and vintage pieces do not always follow typical modern-day styles, serial numbers, stamps or tags that you may be familiar with. This does not mean an item is inauthentic. There are many instances where brands changed the way they produced or stamped items in certain production eras. Our authenticators are familiar with this, and know what signs to look for when authenticating older items.

Any guarantee Níku Vintage may give with regard to authenticity of the products it sells is solely conducted by Níku Vintage, and not with the participation or approval of the brands themselves.


Shipping costs are determined by item/order weight.

All items are typically shipped within 1-4 business days from when your order is placed (excluding weekends, holidays, or periods where the shop is closed). Once your order is on its way you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. 

Please ensure that all addresses provided are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any packages that end up returned or undelivered due to inaccurate addresses, and we are unable to offer refunds on those orders.

If you believe you have entered an address inaccurately, please notify us as soon as possible. If your package has already been shipped out, please understand that we are not able to change the address at that point.

Níku is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen mail. If you have not received your package for any of these reasons, please contact the respective shipping courier directly; they will be able to assist you accordingly. 

We reserve the right to cancel any orders with high risk or historically fraudulent shipping addresses. 


High value orders ($200 and above) will require signature delivery, no exceptions. We are not responsible for any of the associated costs if you do not sign for or pick up your item within the required time window. If the items are returned to us for any reason, there will be an additional cost to re-ship the item to you. 

To prevent fraud, we keep video records of ourselves packaging / dropping off each order.

The absolute best way to know if an item will fit you is to compare your own measurements (or the measurements of another similar item you own) to those provided in the description. 

Letter or number sizing often varies a lot by brand or the era of production. Vintage pieces can often fit differently from the modern sizing we are accustomed to. We always recommend comparing your measurements to determine how a garment will fit you.

All our garment measurements are taken laying flat and as follows:


Bust - pit to pit, doubled 

Shoulders - straight across from each shoulder seam in the front

Sleeve length - from shoulder seam to end of sleeve

Length - from top of garment to bottom hem


Waist - across narrowest part, doubled

Hips - across widest part, doubled

Inseam - from crotch to hem

Front Rise - from crotch to top of waist
