NÍKU is based in the United States.
Unfortunately for now we only ship domestically within the United States and do not offer international shipping. However in the past, we have had international customers use a friend's address within the US or a freight forwarding service to purchase from our store.
We offer client sourcing on a case-by-case basis. Given the nature of how rare and in-demand some vintage luxury pieces are (especially bridalwear), we are unable to guarantee that we will have the bandwidth or ability to source a specific item by your desired date. We do, however keep an ongoing, updated internal list of client requests. If we happen to find an item you are looking for, we can personally reach out and let you know before it drops on our site. In some cases, we are also able to accommodate private sales depending on the circumstances and number of client requests for that item. Let us know the item and size (if applicable) that you are looking for and we will reach out to you first should we source that piece in the future.
It varies, but we try to aim for 1-2 new collections a month. That being said, NÍKU is a one-woman-run-business and we really try to focus on quality over quantity which sometimes means fewer, more limited collections. We're extremely picky when it comes to sourcing pieces that meet our condition standards and only want to provide our customers with pieces we would want to wear ourselves. Yes! We offer an authenticity guarantee on all of our items. Many of our items are actually double-authenticated (once by our vendors, and again by our third party authenticators). If you'd like extra peace of mind, we also offer Certificates of Authenticity for an extra $25 at checkout. Read more about our authentication process here.
